1. St. Norbert Farmers’ Market

Without a doubt, the St. Norbert Farmers’ Market is one of the most widely known farmers’ markets in the province. Located in the bilingual community of St. Norbert at the south-east tip of Winnipeg, the St. Norbert Farmers’ Market features more than 1800 products from some 70 artisans and producers. Among the latter you can find many excellent Francophone and bilingual artisans! We recommend in particular Ker Breizh’s stand, which serves delicious crêpes inspired by the owners’ homeland of Brittany in France, as well as that of Coco Kisses, which offers unique and warm home décor.

8.  Somerset Farmer’s Market

The Somerset Farmer’s Market takes place at the main crossroad of town, 3rd Street and Carlton Avenue., each Wednesday evening from July through September. The Market features bountiful produce, cut flowers and handicrafts.

9. St. Boniface Summer Market

The St. Boniface Summer Market takes place every Thursday evening from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., from June 6 to August 29 at Joseph Royal Park (665 Taché Avenue). Come and discover all kinds of fresh and local products while enjoying the friendly atmosphere, the music and the breathtaking view of the Red River.
