The guided tour of the Métis of the Rat River at St-Pierre-Jolys Museum begins with a small cooking class. Josée Curé, the chef and owner of J'em Bistro, will teach you how to prepare one of the two typical Métis dishes, tourtière (with beef, pork or bison) or bannock.
