Dawson Trail Museum

Preserving a piece of the past along the Historic Dawson Trail.

The Musée Dawson Trail Museum is a historical gem featuring a Romanesque church, a century-old cemetery, artifact displays and guided tours. Exhibits provide a narrative of the area and showcase the importance of the Dawson Trail to the people that lived and traveled on it and offering a window on the history of the development of southeastern Manitoba.

Construction of the trail was completed in 1871. In 1933, Dawson Trail received a historical designation from the Historic Sites and Monuments Board of Canada.
