La Perdrix Trail

Where: Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes
Difficulty level: Beginner
Multiple loops from 0.5km to 3.7 km 
There is an outdoor biffy, fire pit and warm up shack with rental skis and snowshoes available.

Pumpkin Creek

Where: St-Lupicin
Difficulty level: Beginner and Intermediate
8 different trails, 3 of them ranging from 1.5 to 2 km, 4 ranging from 4 km to 6 km and 1 the “The Bluemoon Trail” being 8.5km long.

Saint-Pierre-Jolys Trails

Where: St.Pierre Jolys
Difficulty level: Beginner
Ski the trails behind the St. Pierre Museum, park in the Museum parking lot. Follow the Crow Wing Trail path on the north side of the Museum grounds, cross the pedestrian bridge and then follow the ski trail signs.

Birch Ski Area

Where: Roseisle
Difficulty level: Intermediate and Advanced
Four trails:  Green: 1.5 km intermediate, Blue: 2.5 km intermediate, Red: 5 km Advanced, Yellow: 2.5 km Advanced
Parking, Chalet, Trail head and restrooms are all at the same location (see map).

Saint-Malo Provincial Park 

Where: St. Malo
Difficulty level: Beginner
Trails: Green: 0.4km, Red: 1.6 km, Yellow: 2km, Blue: 3km

RM of Ritchot Trails

Where: RM of Ritchot
Difficulty level: Beginner
Groomed Ski Trails in:

  • St. Adolphe Park: 2 to 2.5 kilometres of trail – beginner. Off Main Street, turn onto Langevin Street, take the gravel road over the dyke and turn left, follow road into the Park. Park vehicle in snow cleared area and trails start there.
  • Ste. Agathe – Cheyenne Park: 2.5 kilometers of trail – beginner. Drive to Cheyenne Park, west side of Hwy 75 across from Flying J Gas Station. Park in main parking lot and trails start there.
  • Ile de Chenes – Optimist Park and Seine River Minor Ball Park – 2.5 kilometers – Beginner. Drive to Seine River Minor Ball parking lot. Park there and trails commence there.

Whittier Loop

Difficulty level: Beginner

Windsor Park Nordic Centre 

Where: Winnipeg
Difficulty level: Beginner and Intermediate
2 loops that overlap, one of 3.1km and one of 4.5 km.
Rentals: Rental equipment is loaned on a first come, first serve basis, and cannot be reserved in advance.
Fees: 2-hour $15, day $25

Sandiland Ski Club

Where: Sandiland Forests
Difficulty level: Beginner, intermediate, and advanced
8 Trails, 7 from 1.4km to 6.7 km and 1 that is 11.1 km long. 
Fees: Individual Day pass: $5, Family Day Pass: $15, Individual Season Pass: $85, Family Season Pass: $115 
Access point/Address: Parking lot for trails that are hillier are located here: 49°25'47.9"N 96°16'13.4"W (on Rd 210, slightly south of the entrance of the Provincial Park.
